Gas Pipeline

The gas pipeline currently being installed through much of the community area is generating more hot air than gas at the moment. This infrastructure is being paid for by local distilleries and is unlikely to benefit many domestic customers because of the cost involved in fitting equipment to reduce the gas pressure to domestic levels. Meanwhile locals are suffering long delays and the state of the roads is causing concern. The Community Association is in constant dialogue with Moray Council to try and mitigate the problems. They will also be contacting the distilleries looking for some compensation to the community.
